Taylor Dining Hall
Taylor Dining Hall is Assumption College’s Resident Dining Facility.  We understand the potential for monotony when dining in the same place everyday. That’s why we are excited to present a variety of dining stations that change throughout the semester, and are constantly re-evaluated based on guest preferences and trends. Our ultimate goal is to provide restaurant quality food combined with great service and a fresh approach. The Dining Hall is an “all you care to eat” system

Taylor operates several dining platforms

• NEW for September...we've unveiled our new CENTER STAGE CHEF'S CREATIONS Station - We've brought action front and center! This new station features authentic chef-made creations from across the globe. Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, American, the menus are tasty and in your face!
• MEDITERRANEANO - Here you'll find our signature pizza program with a new twist...We've expanded our daily offerings to include oven baked casserettes, calzones, stromboli, specialty salads and ultra-thin flat bread Mediterranean delights.
• Our INTERNATIONAL FLARE is all action! Chef-attended, this station features a twist on traditional and non-traditional ethnic cooking. Here, we change it up regularly. You will find a traditional stir-fry adventure one day and a made-to order sizzling wrap the next. If variety is something you crave, you will always have an option here.
• The MARKETPLACE at Taylor - Feeling a little homesick, then come on by the Market for some home style comfort food. Enjoy old style favorites such as roast turkey dinner with all the fixings as well as new entrees like crusted salmon with Jasmine rice, all served by our friendly Market servers. Here you will always find traditional home-style foods along with both vegan and vegetarian options.
• The Salisbury Street GRILLE - Fire up your appetite with a little something hot off the grill. Classic hamburgers, fries our daily grill specials are prepared every day - your way.
• Swing by the DELI for sandwiches made to order and hot, toasted Panini and loafer sandwiches. Make it a meal with a side of our daily salad offering
• Taylor GRAINERY - It's not for breakfast anymore...Our Granary is open all day with fresh bagels, cereal, pastries and fresh fruit to satisfy those all day cravings.
• Taylor’s SALAD BAR features fresh, local* produce, vegetables and specialty salads.
• SOUP & BREAD BAR – Taylor boasts two (2) daily soups typically consisting of a hearty meat based soup and another vegetable / vegetarian soup or stew. Compliment your soup with one of our specialty breads from our bread bar
• Do you have a food allergy or sensitivity? We've introduce MyZONE - This space is an allergen-friendly area equipped with dedicated appliances and products both purchased and prepared for a host of different food allergies and sensitivities If you have special dietary needs, feel free to go in and make use of the space. It's there for you! 

Charlie's Coffee Bar
The aroma of freshly brewed Green Mountain Coffee will wake up your senses, so visit The Coffee Bar and fix yourself a cup of coffee just the way you like it, or treat yourself to an espresso or cappuccino. If a sweet pastry or a savory fresh baked muffin is what you crave, choose from our abundant selection of freshly baked specialties.

This is the place to go for great food and a comfortable atmosphere, conveniently located in the Hagan Campus Center. Grab a quick meal on the way to class or meet friends for lunch and a relaxing break form the day…either way, you’re sure to enjoy the delicious variety of meals offered!

• C.G.A. – Charlie’s Global Adventures* – New for the spring of 2009, CGA boasts authentic dishes from around the world. No need for a passport here but when you walk away you’ll feel like you’ve punched one. Complete entrees and sides representing several regions around the globe. This semester’s menus featured Asia, Albania, Korea, Italy, India, Mexico and many more.
• Charlie’s Grill 155 - If you are an early riser, get your breakfast hot off the grill or after 11:00am you can find all of your favorite grill items prepared to order so they’re always hot and fresh. Enjoy a juicy, home-style burger or a tender grilled chicken breast sandwich or our popular quesadillas. You’ll also find our signature Grill Works Steak & Cheese accompanied by an order of crispy seasoned fries.
• Charlie’s Personal Pizza - Made-for-you, your way, our personal pan pizzas are chef made in about 5 minutes. Choose from a wide selection of toppings or go with one of our signature pies made ready-to-run throughout the busier periods of the day.
• Charlie’s Ultimate Deli Works - Fresh, Fast and Always Delicious, the improved Deli has come to Charlie’s. Choose from one of our freshly prepared sandwiches, guaranteed to please everyone's palate or have a sandwich made to your liking. Either way, the Deli is sure to please.
• Simply-To-Go- The Simply-To-Go Market features freshly made express sandwiches, salads, and heat and eat entrees, all created with the freshest ingredients. Our most popular items are prepared and packaged daily and ready for you to enjoy. Choose from our wide selection of bottled beverages, fresh fruit and other accompaniments for a complete meal on the run
• EDO SUSHI** - More than any other ethnic cuisine, the Pacific Rim and sushi specifically, offer options that are more popular than ever. Our sushi is prepared and delivered daily by our partners at EDO. Enjoy a selection from our Smart Market Case.
